Moody’s Career 2025 Responsibilities:
- Implement a range of data, analytical, and research tasks to serve Moody’s ratings. While process enhancements and mentoring team.
- The projects focus on data, ratings, research, analytical outreach, and apply specialized technical knowledge to guide junior team members
- Operate as a Process Owner for one or more Data & Analytics processes:
- Take Responsibilities for process re-engineering and improvements. Utilize expertise to identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, build consensus, and implement the change
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of select business as usual (BAU) tasks such as complex data, research, and data processing for use in models.
- Work Independently with different and clients to deliver accurate and timely deliverables, especially of complex and non-standard tasks.
- Provide technical and process guidance to junior team members related to:
- Methodology updates and components of credit ratings and their application to projects for which they are responsible.
- Perform various data intake tasks, including scrubbing and validating data for further use in research and ratings.
- Project management and stakeholder management.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business/Accounting.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
